1/2″ XD4 4-Flute Heavy Roughing RampMill for Steels/Exotics

The XD4 series is a variable pitch, variable helix roughing endmill designed for use in any steels, stainless, and exotics. Just like the AV3 series for aluminum, this tool has the RampMill end geometry allowing it to ramp into solid at up to 8 degrees dependent on material. These work great in anything from controlled engagement, high speed toolpaths to full slotting. All XD4 tools are MDC coated (molecular dense coating) for high heat resistance in difficult to machine materials.
